My room was 14th floor, and there is some wi-fi connection problems while I am staying. Except for this, the hotel is very comfortable.

Great room, location and breakfast. Pool and sauna not really useful. Disappointed by staff.

The room was great, spacious and very comfortable. The A/C worked well. The shower is great and warm. The location was also very good and convenient. Breakfast was very great as well and worthy the price.

I asked the front desk staff to wake me up at 05:00 AM for an appointment. The staff confirmed that someone would call my room at that time but didn't. I had a backup alarm, but could have lost my appointment.

Fine hotel for short stay near the airport

Great location for access to the CGH airport. The staff was nice and breakfast was decent.

The furniture is really dated, and our room had a weird smell at times.

keep the quality for a good night sleep

as always, everything was excellent, the room, the bed, the bathroom, the breakfast, everything!

the machines at the gym were very run-down, and it kind of bothers you to use those and have noises that take your training away
